actually, please use tongs through every step of my drink. id rather see that and know that some two bit bartender who just got done a smoke or scratching his ass just squeezed a lime in my drink and put it all over my straw too. eric you may want to smarten up or go some place else. level is to good for you

Truth,
You clearly have never been a bartender, and frankly your comment is rude. Bartenders are always putting their hands in water, and just like a chef touches your food, a bartender should be able to handle your cocktail ingredients. Learn to use the word too, and maybe you can tell others to "smarten up".

Level rules. Amazing cocktails, and food.
Totally agree with your reply. Would you require a chef to never touch your protein or veg? It's implausible and the same goes for bartenders. Level has some spot on drinks and bartenders who really love what they do.

I really hope you all succeed. I think you have a great concept. The food needs to be dialed in and refined a bit, and please stop the house music upstairs. It's about as silly as using tongs for every step of my cocktail.

Awesome food and drinks. The weekends bring out some attractive and affluent people looking for a great time.

Had a GREAT first meal at Level -- love the improved (aka warmer) interior and emphasis on locally sourced food. Everything we had was great - and the service was terrific, too. Welcome, Level!
