Established in 1986, O'Loughlin's Restaurant is located in the College Parkway (Bay Hills) Shopping Center in Arnold, Maryland.
Pronounced (O-Lohk-lin's) the restaurant is named for Proprietor Tom Crawford's mother's maiden name. A favorite with the Annapolis area folks, O'Loughlin's offers great food and drink served in a friendly casual atmosphere.
