Contrary to popular belief, the Bistro at South RIver is open public. They have daily food specials whipped up by Chef Q (his profile below in from the bar). They welcome all parties and have ample space to accommodate any size group. They have a excellent wine, whiskey, and bourbon selection. Additionally they offer indoor and outdoor dining.
The Bistro offers a quiet and surreal setting outside the noise and horns of downtown Annapolis with free parking.
