49 West is an upscale casual wine bar located on upper West St., with a strong commitment to live music. 49 West has a great mix of clientele and they stay busy throughout the day. This can be attributed to the eclectic offerings of live music, menu, caffeine and wine.
49 West is one of the few spots downtown to offer wireless internet. The owners feel they have brought a piece of Europe to Downtown Annapolis. They have live music 7 nights a week. They charge a cover, but the entire amount goes to the band.
