Very nice place but more of a dowtown destination. The food is wonderful. Now do something to bring in a early evening Happy Hour Bar Crowd. Vespuccis had some success with a piano bar downstairs thurs & Fri started at 6:00 Saturday started at 3:00. This could be the place where the over 35 crowd is looking for.

Stopped in Friday for the first time. Nice wine list, but a chilly atmosphere in the bar... Asked the bartender how it was going & got 10 minutes on how bad business is, how Annapolitans don't appreciate good food, etc... That was pretty shocking for a place that should be trying to win local friends. Annapolis has a lot of fun places to go and, while the food may not always be sophisticated, the successful bars all have a lot in common -- lively environment, good music, and welcoming staff. Menu looks great, but we probably won't hurry back after that experience - there are just too many good places to go.

I was in there last week and the food was great. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was excellent. And then I saw a busboy walking around with his apron tied halfway down his ass and a dirty towel in his back pocket. Then my whole experience was ruined. Have service and standards gone so far out the window that you can't even dress your staff properly? I would not return for that sole reason.

Unable to do drafts due to location of kegs from previous building owner, which was out of code with the city of Annapolis. No other place to put a keg system in this current building configuration.
