Was there for Mardi Gras....nice crowd,,,Great Gumbo (ordered a second to go home for lunch tomorrow)...was glad to see the Alligator back!!!
Good music and my brother loved his burger...I am too old for downtown crazieness...Great job boys..

My son goes to the Naval Academy and we visit him at least twice a year. We always make it a point to go to the local steakhouse Lunes' I believe its called and Stan and Joe's because the first year we went the service and food was so good. But the servers were very friendly and we remembered them. This year my son chose his service and to celebrate, we went to Stan and Joe's but the food this time around was terribly under expectations. I hope it was an isolated incident. We only have two more visits this year and we will have family with us for the second. We want to bring them there and we already bragged about your restaurant.

Dear Indiana,
Firstly, thanks for your input and support..we have been restructuring the kitchen to try to improve in the new year and can only promise you that we are doing everything in our power to make sure we have not only the best service in town, but also the best food. Please stop in again and ask for Stan, Tracy, or myself..or any of our managers and I assure you a wonderfull and delicious time.

No cover=awesome
food=terrible

Yes the wings are good and there's a good variety but really? what happened to the food? At least they have that fireplace and the new lounge is great for ambiance,but we used to eat this bar for the food because it was the best at its price!! now it barely lives up to its price. Best to go at happy hour...on Friday when the wings are free.

Dear old Tymer,
First and foremost..my apologiers..with our updated menu annd chef, we are striving to really improve the kitchen. I wish you would have tried to contact a manager while you where here so we scould pin point the problem..I invite you to come back, I have passed on this note to my Chef and she promises a better expieience next visit.
please FEEl FREE to pull me aside and talk to me personally...I want my customers to be happy and if you are an "Old Tymer", you know how personally I take my saloon. Thanks for the input and again my apologies.

SnJ i love your place dearly. Its the first and last place i tell people about but your new menu breaks my heart. Taking more off then you put on, Broiling Mayo in Stan's Potato skins and Sweet Seared Tuna that is grilled in the description leaves me scratching my head; and thats just looking at the menu. I spent $9 on a caesar with chicken to end up buying a sandwich on top to just tide me over. Bring back the old menu and give us the value that youve been giving us for years.

Stop saying the bartenders suck-that one weird/annoying blonde girl isn't there anymore! Robin and the new upstairs lounge are amazing!Make sure to try the wings-they're the best in naptown-I never go anywhere else! Keep up the good work Stan and Joe!

They have an All Star lineup= Stan, Joe, Troy, and Robbin, who work most nights. They have a ton of experience, and the talent seems to follow them around=Chris E and Alex and the new girl are great, as is the kitchen. Great HH, maybe best in town=Kudos

God the bartenders suck here. its a shame cause the place is cool- advice to stan or joe--HIRE BARTENDERS THAT CAN ACTUALLY BARTEND! and a hot one wouldnt hurt either- they have great food too

This is a terrible, terrible place. I mean, maybe if they didn't allow the staff to get drunk beyond recognition while on shift it would be tolerable. Not only did the VERY rude bartender lose my card, but she overcharged it by $60. Never go to this place.

The Saloon that continues to ROCK. went in for adinner (GREAT BURGERS) and ended up staying all night....Band (Boathouse)was awesome and hangin out at patio bar watching baseball during breaks was wasy cool!!
We will all be back.
