It's really too bad you feel that way. I lived in MD for three months and the ONLY nice people I met in the entire time were the peeps I met @ McGarvey's. Beans is easily one of the best bartenders I've ever met, and I've met more than a couple...

Always meet someone I haven't seen in a while or we're celebrating something special. Very attentive bartenders. Great food. Best atmosphere in Annapolis, classy.

Also, why do people think big beers are the cheapest thing in the world? It's a 32 oz beer... 2 pints, for what, 4.50? A draft for $2.25... not bad... but not not a raging special.
